Summary of TRI (Toxic Release Inventory) program

TRI (Toxic Release Inventory) program intends to minimize environmental pollution as well as improving corporate’s productivity by voluntarily reducing the raw material and product emission loss and identifying the amount of chemical emitted to the environment (air, water, and soil) from the chemicals manufactured and used at the site.

Target subject for preparation

A workplace whose type falls under the work criteria in Appendix 1 of the regulation regarding chemical emission investigation and estimation factor and using the amount and concentration above the standards, the investigation subjected chemical, shall submit the emission investigation report by 30th April each year.

Report by calculating (estimating) the amount emitted and transported as per medium.
