We hereby share the Pre-Announcement of Legislation Draft Partial Amendment to the Enforcement Rules of the Chemicals Control Act publicised on 1st May for your reference. • MoE Notice No. 2020-468: Pre-Announcement of Legislation Draft Partial Amendment to the Enforcement Rules of the Chemicals Control Act - Amendment concerns the omission of overlapping contents when among those subject to submission of Off-Site Consequence Analysis Report and Risk Management Plan have prepared Safety Improvement Plan under 「High-Pressure Gas Safety Control Act」 and Process Safety Report under 「Occupational Safety And Health Act」.
