Welcome, this is Chemtopia, For your reference, we hereby share the 3rd round Result on (update of) Pre-Registration of Existing Chemical notified on 26th May. 3rd round Result on (update of) Pre-Registration of Existing Chemical - Disclosure of the result on pre-registration of existing chemical manufactured/imported over 1 ton under the Article 10 of Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemicals. In accordance with the Article 51 of the Enforcement Rules of the 「Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemicals」, the result on pre-registration of the existiing chemical manufacturer/imported over 1 ton as in accordance with the Article 10, 3 of the same Act is being disclosed. The disclosed result is the list of substances pre-registered by the corporates. Please refer to the pre-registration status of your substance and fully utilize for CICO formation required for joint registration. The result will be updated and disclosed periodically, reflecting the pre-registrations submitted. Moreover, please be reminded that the CICO joining system is in operation, therefore, please visit the portal to join the CICOs of each substance which you have intention to register. lso, we would like to encourage you to actively participate in the CICO operation and complete joint registration on time.
