Welcome, this is Chemtopia. We hereby share a notification Draft Partial Amendment to Exemption Criteria of Chemical (Submit opinions by 29th June) notified on 9th June, for your reference. MoE Notification No.2020-582: Draft Partial Amendment to Exemption Criteria of Chemical - Cited according to the change in the term notification name, the term is changed from existing chemical exempted from reporting of chemical manufacturing to chemical exempt from registration or notification. - Addition of substances subject to exemption followed by addition of substances designated in the cited notification. In partially revising 「Exemption Criteria of Chemical」(MoE Notification No.2015-162, 2015.9.1) and as in accordance with the Article 9,2 of 「Chemical Control Act」 To hear the public opinions on the content, the following shall be announced in advance to the citizens in accordance with the Article 46 of the 「Administrative Procedures Act」. 9th June 2020 The Head of Ministry of Environment |
