Pre-announcement of legislation of (draft) partial amendment decree of Enforcement Rule of Chemicals Control Act
(Submission of opinion: by August 18th),

- Improvement and supplementation of some imperfections in relation to establishment of notice of change of harmful chemical substance
subcontract, subject-matter of exemption of regular and occasional inspection of handling institution, etc.

In amending Enforcement Decree of 「Chemicals Control Act」, following announcement shall be made in accordance with Article 41 of
｢Administrative Procedure Act｣to inform the nation of reasons for amendment and its main contents in order to hear opinions on the matter.
