Partial amendment decree of Enforcement Decree of Act on the Registration and Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances
 

Partial amendment of criteria on exemption of chemical product confirmation,
 

are shared herein for your reference.
 

- The expression “due to restrictive measures” found in the Subject column of Attached table 3 shall be changed to
“due to restrictive measures or due to significant failure of overseas chemical substance supply network caused by spread of infectious disease”.

Partial amendment decree of Enforcement Decree of Act on the Registration and Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances
which went through deliberation of a Cabinet meeting shall be hereupon announced.

 Amendment of criteria of chemical substances thar are exemptions of chemical product confirmation
in accordance with Article 9-2 of Chemicals Control Act

Partial amendment of criteria on exemption of chemical product confirmation shall be notified as follows
in compliance with Article 9 of Chemicals Control Act and Article 2 of Enforcement Rule of the same Act.
