Pre-announcement of administration of (draft) amendment of notification of regulations
on chemical substance test method (Opinions shall be submitted by August 10th)
 

Notification of the 4th result of chemical substance information for prior (change) notice of existing chemicals,

are shared herein for your reference.

- Overall amendment (one clause) and additional legislation (one clause) complying with modification and supplementation
of Toxicity test method of international organization such as OECD, etc.

「Regulations on chemical substance test method」 complying with Article 14-1 of 「Act on the Registration and Evaluation, etc.
of Chemical Substances」 and Article 5-1 of Enforcement Rule of the same Act
 

In partially amending (NIER Notification No. 2019-23), following announcement shall be made in accordance with Article 46
of ｢Administrative Procedure Act｣to inform the nation of purpose for amendment and its main contents in order to hear opinions on the matter.
