Partial amendment of designation of toxic substances (enforced starting from the date of notification)
 

is shared herein for your reference.

NIER Notification No. 2020-20: Partial amendment of designation of toxic substances

- Names of chemical substances found in sections for the serial numbers of '97-1-12', '2006-1-556', '2006-1-557', '2006-1-558', '2014-1-694',
'2019-1-930', and '2019-1-951' shall be amended

- Sections for the serial numbers from '2020-1-970' to '2020-1-1000' shall be newly established.

- Among the newly established toxic substances, those corresponding to the serial numbers from '2020-1-983' to '2020-1-1000' shall be existing

chemical substances
 

The NIER Notification of 「Designation and notification of toxic substances」(NIER Notification No. 2020-7, March 24, 2020) shall be amended
and notified as follows.
