The notification of August 6th,

Partial amendment of hazard assessment result of chemical substances
(enforced starting from the date of notification) is shared herein for your reference.

NIER Notification No. 2020-26: Partial amendment of hazard assessment result of chemical substances

- Correction, deletion, hazard amendment, and establishment of name, etc. of chemical substances stated
in Attached table No. 1 (New chemical substances)

「Hazard assessment result of chemical substances」 (NIER Notification No. 2020-10, May 7, 2020) shall be amended and notified
as follows in accordance with Article 21 of 「Act on the Registration and Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances」
and Article 28 of Enforcement Rule of the same Act.
