Hello. Here’s a notice from Chemtopia. Partial amendment of Regulations on Test Methods for Chemicals (enforced starting from the date of notification) that has been notified August 19th are shared herein for your reference.
- Complete amendment of the paragraph 3, Fish Acute Toxicity Test, of Chapter 3, Effects on Biotic Systems, of Test Methods for Chemicals - Creation of the paragraph 16, Fish Embryo Acute Toxicity Test shall be amended and notified as follows in accordance with Article 14-1 of 「Act on Registration, Evaluation, Etc. of Chemicals」 and Article 5-1 of the Enforcement Rule of the same Act. |
