Pre-announcement of administration of Notification of Toxic Substances partial amendment (Opinions shall be submitted by September 21st)


that has been announced August 31st is shared herein for your reference.

 

NIER Notification No. 2020-407: Pre-announcement of administration of Notification of Toxic Substances partial amendment

- Creation of sections for the identification numbers ranging from 2020-1-1001to 2020-1-1045


- Revision of names of chemicals in sections for the identification numbers of 2003-1-537, 2018-1-832 and 2020-1-997


* Designation of the existing chemical substances in sections for the identification numbers ranging from 2020-1-1009 to 2020-1-1045 as toxic substances


In notifying the 「Notification of Toxic Substances」 in accordance with 「Act on Registration, Evaluation, Etc. of Chemicals」,


following announcement shall be made in accordance with Article 46 of ｢Administrative Procedure Act｣


to inform the nation of the main contents of the notification in order to hear opinions on the matter.
