 (Draft) Partial amendment of the notification, Regulations on preparation, etc. of risk management plan, announced on September 7, 2020 is shared herein for your reference.

• NIER Announcement No. 2020-412: Pre-announcement of administration of (draft) amendment of the notification, Hazard assessment result of chemical substances

    - Part of the Regulations on preparation, etc. of risk management plan shall be amended as follows.

                The phrase, “Article 49-2 of 「Occupational Safety and Health Act」” found in the text of Paragraph 3, Article 5 shall be replaced with “Article 44 of 「Occupational Safety and Health Act」”, the Paragraph 4 of the same Article shall be replaced with Paragraph 6, Paragraph 5 of the same Article shall be replaced with Paragraph 7, Paragraph 4 and Paragraph 5 of the same Article shall be established as follows, the phrase “Paragraph 4” found in the part other than each item of Paragraph 7 (formerly Paragraph 5) of the same Article shall be replaced with “Paragraph 6”, and the phrase “Subparagraph 3 of Paragraph 1, Article 41 of the Act” shall be replaced with “Subparagraph 3, Paragraph 1, Article 41 of the Act”.
