[Chemtopia] NIER Notification No. 2020-40 Partial amendment of Hazard assessment result of chemical substances is shared herein. (Date of announcement: September 23rd)

• 「Hazard assessment result of chemical substances」 (NIER Notification No. 2020-26, 2020. 8. 6.) shall be amended and notified as follows in accordance with

Article 21 of 「Act on the Registration and Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances」 and Article 28 of the Enforcement Rule of the same Act.

  - 「Hazard assessment result of chemical substances」 shall be partially amended as follows.

     Names of chemical substances, etc. found in sections for the serial numbers, “2016-65", “2016-116", “2016-143", “2016-144", “2016-146", “2016-147", “2016-149", “2016-153", “2016-182", “2016-350", “2016-540" “2018-157", “2018-390", and “2019-131" of Attached table No.1 (New chemical substances) shall be revised as follows, hazard, etc. found in sections for the serial numbers, “2015-76", “2016-13", “2016-89", “2016-108", “2016-110", “2016-134", “2016-870"란, “2017-100란, “2017-101", “2017-422", “2017-477", “2017-548", “2017-683", “2017-767", “2017-1082", “2017-1117", “2017-1125", “2017-1199", “2017-1230", “2018-157", “2018-233", “2018-390", “2018-700", “2019-15", “2019-131", “2019-277", “2019-311", “2019-314", “2019-323", “2019-357", “2019-411", “2019-497", “2019-661", “2019-677", “2019-687", “2019-715", “2019-805", “2019-912", “2019-948", “2019-949", “2020-69", “2020-106", and “2020-158" shall be as follows, and sections for the serial numbers from “2020-170” to “2020-266” shall be established as follows beginning after the section for the serial number “2020-169”.

Sections for the serial numbers from “2020-027” to “2020-050” shall be established as follows beginning after the section for the serial number “2020-026” of Attached table No.2 (The existing chemical substances).
