[Chemtopia] Pre-announcement of legislation (Draft partial amendment decree of Enforcement Rule of Occupational Safety and Health Act) is shared herein. (Date of announcement: November 12th) • In partially amending 「Enforcement Rule of Occupational Safety and Health Act」, the following announcement shall be made in accordance with Article 41 of ｢Administrative Procedure Act｣to inform the nation of reasons for the amendment and its main contents in advance in order to hear opinions on the matter.
