[Chemtopia] Pre-announcement of legislation of draft partial amendment decree of Enforcement Decree of Chemicals Control Act is shared herein. (Date of announcement: November 24th) • ME Notification No. 2020-968 - In amending 「Enforcement Decree of Chemicals Control Act」, the following announcement shall be made in accordance with Article 41 of ｢Administrative Procedure Act｣to inform the nation of reasons for the amendment and its main contents in advance in order to hear opinions on the matter. • ME Notification No. 2020-969 - In amending 「Enforcement Rule of Chemicals Control Act」, the following announcement shall be made in accordance with Article 41 of ｢Administrative Procedure Act｣to inform the nation of reasons for the amendment and its main contents in advance in order to hear opinions on the matter. • ME Notification No. 2020-972 - In establishing Regulations on organizing council for provision of chemical substance information and its management, the following announcement shall be made in accordance with Article 46 of ｢Administrative Procedure Act｣to inform the nation of reasons for the establishment and its main contents in advance in order to hear opinions on the matter.
