[Chemtopia] Partial amendment of Regulations on classification, labeling, etc. of chemical substances is shared herein. (Date of announcement: November 25th) • NIER Notification No. 2020-52 - 「Regulations on classification, labeling, etc. of chemical substances」 (NIER Notification No. 2020-25, 2020.8.5.) shall be amended and notified as follows in accordance with Paragraph 1, Article 14 of 「Act on the Registration and Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances」 and Item A, Paragraph 2-2 of Article 10, Article 10-3, Article 24, and Article 28 of Enforcement Decree of the same Act and in accordance with Paragraph 1, Article 16 of 「Chemicals Control Act」 and Paragraph 4, Article 12 of Enforcement Rule of the same Act. November 25, 2020 President of NIER • East Regional Office of Forest Service Notification No. 020-14 - Revision of designation of erosion control area +D18 shall be notified as follows due to preparation of designation and revision history of erosion control area, its topographical map, etc. in accordance with Article 4 of 「Erosion Control Law」 and Article 2 of Enforcement Decree of the same Law and in accordance with Article 8 of 「Framework Act on the Regulation of Land Use」 and Article 7 of Enforcement Decree of the same Act.
