Pre-announcement of administration of draft amendment of Regulations on Classification, Labelling, Etc. of Chemicals notification (Opinions shall be submitted by September 21st) that has been announced today (September 2nd) is shared herein for your reference. • NIER Notification No. 2020-408: Pre-announcement of administration of (draft) amendment of Regulations on Classification, Labelling, Etc. notification - Creation of hazard classification labelling of new toxic substances as well as revision of classification labelling of existing hazardous chemical substances In notifying 「Regulations on Classification, Labelling, Etc. of Chemicals」 in accordance with 「Act on Registration, Evaluation, Etc. of Chemicals」, following announcement shall be made in accordance with Article 46 of ｢Administrative Procedure Act｣ to inform the nation of the main contents of the notification in order to hear opinions on the matter.
