[Chemtopia] Announcement of Administrative Pre-announcement_ NIER Notification No. 2020-426 is shared herein. (Date of announcement: September 22nd) • In partially amending 「Regulations on chemical substance test methods」 pursuant to Paragraph 1, Article 14 of 「Act on the Registration and Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances」 and Paragraph 1-1, Article 5 of Enforcement Rule of the same Act, the following announcement shall be made in accordance with Article 46 of ｢Administrative Procedure Act｣to inform the nation of purpose of the amendment and its main contents in advance in order to hear opinions on the matter. • Amendment of test methods for 20 items in the area of health impact assessment as well as 3 items of physicochemical properties.
